We have been informed that due to the economic changes taking place in the State of California there is a possibility of adult Medi-Cal dental benefits being cut from the program. It is important that you continue to utilize the benefits that are still available to you for preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care. Benefits were cut in 2009 due to the economic crisis and it left thousands over the age of 19 years without dental care.
If there is an authorization for treatment on your behalf, it is imperative you contact our office to schedule your appointment. Treatment authorizations have time constraints and are only valid for a short period of time. It is important that you complete the treatment approved and maintain your visits as necessary while your benefits remain intact.
If you have dental treatment diagnosed; however, not completed it is important that you utilize your insurance benefits before the end of the year. It is our goal to lead a patient to a higher level of oral health and to assist our patients in maintaining their oral health for many years. Utilizing the state-of the-art equipment and our highly trained dentists, we can easily help you achieve that beautiful and healthy smile. Your remaining insurance benefits will run out at the end of this year and the funds available for dental treatment will be lost. In other words USE IT OR LOSE IT!
